Simpson County Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development
Why not get involved in a 4-H Club? We have meetings in the afternoons and nights. Whether your interest is in horses, livestock, or community projects, we have a club for you. We have several project days scheduled.
Did you know you can win a $1,000.00 scholarship to the college/technical school of your choice? Why not get involved and help pay for your education? Call us and ask us how.
The 4-H Youth Development program creates opportunities and supportive environments for youth and adults to become capable, competent and caring citizens. The emphasis is "hands-on" learning that focuses on the youth's area of interest. Programs are conducted with the help of parents, adult volunteer leaders and profesional staff who organize educational experiences. Youth participate in organized 4-H clubs, special interest and prjoect groups, 4-H school enrichment programs, 4-H camp and other special activities. The active 4-H clubs in Simpson County are the Cloverbuds, Clover Cats, Rainbow, Livestock, Lucky Spurs, Camp, Teen, Exchange, and Shooting Sports.

Educational programs of the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service serve all people regardless of race, color, age, sex, religion, disability, or national origin.
